Product overview
The unit employs an integrated modular design, comprising an automatic weighing and metering machine, a packaging
mainframe, an automatic bag feeder, and a sealing system. Depending on requirements, options include single/dual weighing
and high/low-speed weighing and metering systems.
The control system, equipped with AI-powered intelligent computation and self-learning capabilities, automatically adjusts
and optimizes parameters to ensure optimal speed and accuracy. It also performs automatic analysis and computation based
on accuracy feedback from the backend belt-type weighing system, enabling automatic parameter adjustments for the
metering system.
For different materials, options include granular material meters, powder meters, and ultrafine powder meters.
We offer both standard
and large-capacity automatic bagging systems to enhance bag storage capacity. The standard configuration includes
an automatic bag
length and height adjustment mechanism to accommodate
production requirements for various product sizes. For sealing, options include sewing machines, heat sealers, or a
combination of both for bag opening sealing.
The system also features fault diagnosis and assistance functions. Utilizing a multi-axis servo
system as the actuator, it provides automatic adjustment and synchronous control, along with
automatic parameter setting, enhancing equipment stability and facilitating operator handling and debugging. The system is
equipped with a full-color dual touchscreen human-machine interface, enabling operators to control and debug
the equipment from different locations. It also provides real-time status monitoring and data collection. Additionally,
it includes a remote assistance function that, with customer authorization, can automatically restore parameters,
modify programs, expand functions, and diagnose and resolve faults.
