The unit adopts an integrated modular design, consisting of an automatic weighing and measuring machine, a packaging host,

an automatic bag supply machine, and a sealing system;

According to the requirements, single, dual weighing, high, and low-speed weighing and measuring systems can be selected.

A control system with AI intelligent computing and self-learning is adopted to automatically adjust and optimize parameters, 

so that the speed and accuracy are in the best state. At the same time, automatic analysis and calculation can be carried out 

based on the accuracy value feedback from the backend skin weighing system, and the parameters of the measuring system 

can be adjusted automatically;

According to different materials, granular material measuring scale, powder measuring scale, and ultrafine powder measuring 

scale can be selected;

We can provide standard automatic bagging systems and large capacity automatic bagging systems 

to increase bag storage capacity;

Standard configuration bag length and height automatic adjustment mechanism to meet the production

 requirements of different product sizes;

According to different sealing methods, sewing machines, heat sealing machines, and a combination of sewing machines 

and heat sealing machines can be selected for bag opening sealing;

Adopting a multi axis servo system as the executing mechanism, with automatic adjustment and synchronous control, 

automatic parameter setting, improving equipment stability and facilitating personnel operation and debugging;

Configure a full-color dual touch screen interpersonal interaction interface to facilitate operators to operate and debug

 the device from different positions; Simultaneously providing real-time status monitoring, data collection, fault diagnosis, 

and assistance functions;

Configure remote help function, which can automatically restore parameters, modify programs, expand functions, diagnose 

and troubleshoot faults with customer authorization.
