The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel sheet metal, and the surface of the body is treated with random patterns and 

sprayed with anti fingerprint paint technology, making the appearance of the whole machine show the beauty of simple

 but not simple industrial design. The all SUS304 stainless steel frame provides higher anti-corrosion performance, 

greatly extending the service life of the equipment and ensuring better cleanliness.

The main body of the product molding mold installation is a high-precision hollow rotating platform with 

independent intellectual property rights, and a high inertia servo motor provides power for the hollow rotating platform.

Using servo motors for control, the central control rotating platform can flexibly set different dynamic stop ratios

 according to product needs, greatly improving the basic performance of the equipment and achieving precise 

control for different products.

The filling mechanism no longer uses the traditional lever mechanism with cam transmission, but directly uses 

servo motors with high-precision imported reduction motors. The weight and start stop time of the filling can be 

directly set on the human-machine interface through parameter settings, ensuring continuous and accurate filling weight.

All independent reducers of the whole machine are imported high-precision reducers, greatly improving equipment 

accuracy and service life. A new design concept is adopted, reducing parts by about 5%. Greatly reduces the need 

for maintenance parts during equipment use.

The equipment controller no longer uses the traditional PLC control, but adopts advanced industrial computers. 

It has the advantages of high reliability, real-time response processing, easy scalability, rich digital and analog

input and output interfaces, and can adapt to harsh industrial field environments.
