The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel sheet metal, and the surface of the body is treated with random patterns

Using servo motors for control, the central control rotating platform can flexibly set different dynamic stop ratios

The equipment controller no longer uses the traditional PLC control, but adopts advanced industrial computers.
It has the advantages of high reliability, real-time response processing, easy scalability, rich digital and analog input

The filling mechanism no longer uses the traditional lever mechanism with cam transmission, but directly uses servo
motors with high-precision imported reduction motors. The weight and start stop time of the filling can be directly
set on the human-machine interface through parameter settings, ensuring continuous and accurate filling weight.

The two axis robotic arm independently developed by Matsukawa is used to extract the dough, with a rhythm
