The orienting machine is constructed from integrally welded 304 stainless steel, with protective covers made of aluminum alloy. The entire machine structure complies with GMP material standards. It utilizes a servo electronic cam system and curved motion profiles to ensure reliable and orderly orientation of small sachets, resulting in flatter and more aesthetically pleasing pouch shapes, which facilitates subsequent cartoning operations.

The orienting system integrates an online checkweighing system. The load cells are from the German brand HBM. The compact, integrated weighing unit operates stably without electromagnetic interference, features automatic tare functionality, and can automatically reject individual non-compliant sachets.

The automatic sampling mechanism can discharge samples at timed intervals or allow for manual random sampling, facilitating quality control personnel in sample collection and inspection.
