The small turntable material sorting and packaging system primarily consists of an automatic feeding unit, a turntable unit, a multi-level material sorting unit, a packaging machine, and an identification system. The system is primarily designed for handling unsorted products in piles. It controls the feeding of products to be relatively uniform through the automatic feeding unit, organizes the products into a single row through the turntable unit, and then transfers them to the servo material sorting tail frame unit. The products are then sorted through multiple levels before entering the packaging machine to complete the packaging process.
